| Yellowhammer Bars was set up in March 2008 and with 25 venues across England and Wales, it has now one of the largest independent late night leisure operators in the UK. The Company employs around 1,000 staff, both full time and casual, and offer dedicated training programmes to develop the individual’s skills. They place a keen emphasis on internal promotion with a training programme called ‘Next Wave’ to encourage duty managers to train up for future higher managerial roles. Their flagship venues include Chilli White’s in Bournemouth, Leicester & Leeds, the Sports Cafe in London and large multi-scene clubs such as the Octagon in Bangor and the Sound Exchange in Banbury. |
