Kim Dufty
Deputy Manager
Kim started her career in 2001 working as bar staff. After leaving university, and after working alongside the Entertainments Manager at Jumpin Jaks in East Grinstead, she was promoted to Trainee Assistant Manager. She has worked in a number of units and is now a Deputy Manager for the Sound Exchange in Banbury. Kim recently joined the National Promotions Committee for Yellowhammer Bars, a job which she enjoys thoroughly. Kim continues to enjoy her time working closely with the marketing & promotions side of the business.
Kerry Hirst
Property & Licensing
Kerry is our Property & Licensing Assistant. She started working in the leisure industry back in 1999, as a secretary in a large property dept, providing administrative support to the Acquisition/Estate Managers. Since working for Yellowhammer Bars Kerry has completed a Diploma in Surveying Practice and is now currently studying for the BSc Degree in Estate Management, with a view to becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
Tracy Howard
Purchase Systems Manager
Tracy works in the finance team within Yellowhammer Bars. Her role involves looking after both the Purchase Ledger and more recently the Purchase Ordering System. She started her studies 4 years ago and so far has gained her qualification in AAT and has now started on the long road to a professional qualification in ACCA with a view to becoming a Financial Accountant.
